You can play most of the games on our list online. Only those marked as FD, otherwise you risk receiving an online device ban from Nintendo. However, you can play any game you already own online without any problem.
The general rule is that if Nintendo sees 2 copies of the same Game ID online at the same time, this will result in an online ban, however, you will still be able to continue playing offline without issue.
